  • Small Group Classes

    Work with up to four people in small group classes. All bodies are welcome to explore, connect, move, and play!

    Our small group classes explore different themes and utilize a mix of pilates equipment and props to help you find balance. Explore the class schedule for each class description.

  • Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates

    Prenatal Pilates helps build strength, stability, and mobility in a supportive way as your body shifts and grows new life.

    Deepen connections with your breath and pelvic floor, build strength to support your womb, and find balance during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
