Thank you for allowing us to work with you! Please be mindful of these policies for the health of our community.

Our studio is an inclusive space where all bodies, perspectives, ideas, and expressions are welcome. It is our intention to extend positive regard to all beings, and we request that you do the same for yourself and others in the studio. We aim to create a supportive space where we learn with each other, communicate with respect, and continuously grow together as a community.

Scheduling and Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible in order to accommodate others. Cancellation fees are waived for emergencies or sudden illness at the studio’s discretion. Frequent cancellations may result in forfeiture of waived fees, recurring reservations, or ability to schedule sessions in advance.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of service or deducted from an existing package as a late cancellation fee.

  • Classes canceled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full cost of service or deducted from an existing package as a late cancellation fee.

  • No shows and late arrivals will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Sessions will begin and end promptly as scheduled to respect your time and ours, and sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrival. In the event that late arrival will disrupt a group class or a service cannot be performed with the remaining time, the late arrival will be considered a no-show.

  • Waitlist- If an appointment time or class is full, clients may opt to put themselves on the waitlist. If the desired time opens up, you will receive text and email notifications with a link to confirm your promotion from the waitlist. If confirmation is not received within 2 hours, the session will open up to be booked online or the offer will move to the next person on the waitlist if applicable.

  • Clients are responsible for managing their schedules through their online client profile or by contacting the studio directly via phone, text, or email. Communication via social media platforms is not a valid form of cancellation, and clients will be charged if the booked session is not properly canceled outside the cancellation window.

  • In the event of an practitioner emergency or illness, the studio reserves the right to move scheduled sessions to a different practitioner or reschedule to a mutually agreeable time. In the rare instance that a session needs to be canceled by the studio, there will be no cancellation fee and prepaid sessions will be made available for future use.

Payments and Registration:

  • A valid debit or credit card is required to hold appointment reservations and class enrollments. This card is securely held on file and will not be charged unless there is a cancellation fee or it is your desired form of payment at checkout. By placing a card on file and booking services with the studio, clients agree to studio policies including cancellation and no-show fees outlined above.

  • Full payment is due at time of service, and all purchases are non-refundable. Unused session value may be credited/transferred and passes or packages may be put on hold by written request at the studio’s discretion.

  • Clients are responsible to review package expirations prior to purchase and select the appropriate package for their level of commitment. Passes or packages may be shared with friends or family by request.

  • Gift cards must be presented at time of service to be used as payment. Gift card value does not expire, may be applied toward any studio service, and may be used with any practitioner currently working in the studio. Gift card value may only be transferred to another client at the recipient’s written request.

Therapeutic Relationship: Bliss Integrated Bodywork is an integrative wellness studio offering therapeutic treatments, movement training, and education. Clients are responsible for notifying the practitioner of any relevant changes in health and/or medical treatment over the course of the therapeutic relationship, and you may complete another intake form to update information as needed.

Treatment, training, or education provided is not a substitute for medical care. Clients are encouraged to make informed medical decisions in partnership with their healthcare professionals. Clients are responsible to tell their therapist or instructor immediately about pain or discomfort experienced during a bodywork and/or movement training session so the work can be modified to be comfortable, safe, & effective.

The health, safety, and welfare of team members, clients, and guests are paramount, and Bliss will not tolerate harassing, unreasonable, threatening, obscene, indecent, or illegal behavior, including sexual harassment or sexual misconduct. Clients and practitioners may end a session at any time if it does not feel safe.
