Shelagh Leutwiler, LMT, CST, RYT
Apprentice Pilates Teacher
Shelagh Leutwiler is a visual artist, massage therapist, and movement teacher who has been helping people feel better in their bodies since 2016. She was introduced to Pilates in 2018 and immediately saw how this movement modality supported her body as a massage therapist, ceramic artist, avid hiker, and home gardener. Shelagh brings her keen observational skills as an artist, knowledge of anatomy as a bodyworker, intuition as a craniosacral therapy practitioner, and magic as a reiki master to every private session.
Her group classes are fun and designed to help you find better form and function in and outside of the studio. She is excited to add Pilates to the array of modalities that she uses to help empower people to feel stronger and more confident.
Outside the studio Shelagh enjoys making art & crafts, swimming, hiking, biking, gardening, dancing, and playing dress up. Her playful spirit and diverse knowledge help keep movement fun and interesting.
Movement Modalities:
